Résumé: The study explores the cMOOC-based curriculum model in higher education from various stakeholders’ perspectives. Stakeholders hold different views on the cMOOC-based curriculum model, which include concerns about state school budget cuts, and potential harm to less prestigious education institutes. These concerns pose barriers to the implementation of the cMOOC-based curriculum model. This study recommends interventions to address these challenges, such as considering individual differences and learners’ interests, fostering teacher-learner interaction, promoting information exchange and active learning, utilizing diverse and multiple sources, and providing feedback and support to enhance the cMOOC-based curriculum model. By addressing these concerns and incorporating the recommended interventions, the cMOOC-based curriculum model in higher education can be improved to better meet the needs and expectations of stakeholders. Moreover, the findings suggest that in the current context, it is advisable to foster social interactions among learners and utilize the resources generated through this process in the form of a cMOOC-based curriculum. The model presented in the study, focusing on participant interactions, socialization, and principles of citizenship education, can be highly practical and facilitating. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
